Due to UPS requirements, handguns ship separately from ammunition. You must be age 21 or over to purchase handguns & age 18 or over for long guns.

Californiaรย – All firearms sent only to 01 FFLs. No assault rifles. Handguns must be approved by CA DOJ (except C&Rs), please check theรย California Roster of Handguns Certified for Saleรย to see if this gun is legal to purchase.
Connecticutรย – No assault rifles or semi auto shotguns with detachable mag.
Delawareรย – No assault weapons.
Hawaiiรย – No assault pistols.
Illinoisรย – No assault weapons. FOID card for the customer, dealer, or C&R holder must be on file.
Marylandรย – Handguns made after 1984 must be approved by MD DOJ. No assault rifles. No assault pistols. No folding pistol grip shotguns.
Massachusettsรย – Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ. C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.
New Jerseyรย – C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.
New Yorkรย – C&R handguns are sent to 01 FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.
Oregonรย -รย All firearms must be sent to 01 FFL dealers only, not 03 C&R holders, including C&R firearms.(temporarily on hold)
Washingtonรย – No assault weapons.
Washington DCรย – no firearms.
NOTE: This is your responsibility and if a dealer refuses a transfer you will pay for shipping and possibly a restocking fee.รย Please make your local dealer aware of a transfer.
