19th century British G. & J. W. Hawksley powder flask or bottle in what I assume is brass and copper. It features a pretty raised shell and scrollwork decoration on both sides. Measuring about 7.75 inches long and about 3.25 inches wide and 1.25+ inches deep at its fattest point, this powder flask is engraved with the maker’s name on the spout, along with a spring shutter and a series of adjustable measures – 2 3/4, 2 1/2 and 2 1/4 drams.
